【静岡市葵区田代1005より移転】 |
南アルプス白峰南嶺を断念して帰路途中の「白樺荘」で温泉入浴後に併設の食堂で食事することに。失意の後の温泉・食事は気の抜けたものになりがちです。
わさびおろしそば
奥静なのでわさびが名産。だからこれにしたのですが、なかなか美味しい。わさび、というより、普通に蕎麦の喉越しと汁のあっさりした感じが「スカッ」としていて、それがわさびとおろしとマッチしている。
あと山菜の量も多くて、スーパーの水煮のようないやらしい酸っぱさもなくて美味しかったです。
将来再び食べた時にまた美味しく感じるかどうかは分かりませんが、この時の気分と体調に合ってたんだと思います。自分の体力の無さに呆れていた心を癒やしてくれました。
