本日はこちらでランチ。
ビル2階のテナントに入ったタイ・ベトナム料理専門店です。店内はアジアンテイストな感じで綺麗、テーブルも広めで過ごしやすい。オーダーはQRコードにて、せっかくなんでセットにしてみました。

セットはメインに加え、生春巻きと網揚げ春巻き、さらにはドリンクが付きます。15分ほどで到着しました。
右下はメインのフォートムヤム、その上にはもやしとパクチー。追いパクは追加パクチーにパクチーペーストも一緒に付いてきます。中央下の白いものはミルク、使いませんでしたが、フォーが辛いと感じた時に使うんだそう。左にはミニガパオ、その上には春巻き2種。
まずはフォートムヤムから…
あっさり香味野菜＆動物系のスープに、レモングラスなどの酸味を感じるエスニックなスープ。辛みはピリ辛程度で、クセもだいぶ優しめな味わい。具材は海鮮たっぷりで、蟹身、ホタテ、海老、イカ、どれも柔らかい。フォーは滑らかな米粉麺で、コシがあります。うん、なかなか…、大盛りですがペロリなボリュームです。パクチーとパクチーペーストを全入れしましたが、個人的にはもっとクセがあっても良い。あくまでフォーのテイストであって、本格的なトムヤムスープのクセや濃さ、コクの深さや辛みは無いです。
ミニガパオはまぁ、一口サイズです。ガパオの味を堪能するほど量はありませんでした。でも、この"少しだけ食べたい"という気を満たしてくれるのは◯。
あとは春巻き、これに関しては美味い。
特に生春巻きは、中にヤングコーンが入るなど丁寧な作り。シャキシャキの野菜、海老、どれもグッドです。
最後にアイスジャスミンティーで喉を潤し終了。
ご馳走様でした。
エスニック料理初心者向けのお店という感じでした。色々食べられるのは嬉しいですね！野菜たっぷりのタイカレーが人気みたいなので、また機会があれば…。
