国道1号静清バイパス羽鳥IC近くにあるカジュアルイタリアン イタリア食堂ROSSO 。
最寄駅は2〜3km程離れてるので車の選択肢しかない。
店前には駐車場も完備。
外観は白いアパートで1F部分に数店舗程飲食店が入っていてそのうちの1つがこちらのお店。
内観は焦茶の木で統一され間接照明の落ち着いたビストロ風な空間で黒板にランチタイムのメニューが記載されている。
夫婦2人で切り盛りされているようで接客も丁寧。
今回は煮込み豚バーグランチを注文。
■A set 煮込み豚バーグ 1320円
Aセット（1100円）はサラダが付きメインがメニュー表から選べる。煮込み豚バーグは＋220円。
雑穀米をチョイス。
豚バーグはジューシーでふわふわな柔らかさでしっかり美味しい。煮込みのソースも豚の旨みがありコクがあるのでバーグと食べてもライスと一緒に食べても美味しい。
上には茄子、ヤングコーン、カボチャがチーズといっしにオーブンで焼かれていていてボリュームも良いし満足度高かった。
