この店をべた褒めする方がいまして、行ってみました。
数店舗経営するうちの１店らしいです。
メインは豚肉料理らしくて、豚のメニューがそこそこあります。
どこかの銘柄豚かというと、そういうわけでは無いらしいです。
お酒は無難なとこで色々あって、人数が多い時なんかはこういうとこはいいんですよね。
価格も南口としては普通かな？
相棒が「コラーゲンサラダ」なるものに惹かれて注文しました。
女性はいつになってもこういうのには目がないんですよねｗｗｗ
出てきたのは、コラーゲンを柵に切ったものが乗ってくるサラダ。
他の特徴は皆無。
まぁ、コラーゲンが乗っているという特徴があるからいいのか。
豚のからあげおろしポン酢を食べたのですが、これが酷かった。
屋号からして豚肉を意識したものなのに、こういうの出すんですか。
これだけで「もう行かない」って思っちゃいました。
元々揚げ物なのですから、食べる際にサシが多ければ更にきつくなる。
「美味しいバランス」ってのがあると思います。
こんなサシが多いのを揚げて食べさせるんですか？
他にも豚メニューがあるのですから、そちらに回したらいいんじゃないですか？
食べている最中、きっつかったです。
当然残しました。
衣も味付けも盛り付けも並ないしそれ以下ですかね。
他の料理も可もなく不可もなくです。
「おぉ！」っていうのは何もなかったです。
ボトルを飲みきって2人で1万ちょい払いましたが、高くはないけど安くもない。
そういうところは「味」「調理技術」「接客」「雰囲気」などで「安い」って思わせないと
続かないですよね。
堀りの足を置くところのカーペットが普通にはがれていたのもマイナス。
今日はがれちゃいましたっていうレベルのものではなかったです。
飲食店って、食べ物だけ売っているわけじゃないんですから、こういうのはかなりまずいと思います。
相棒は「これってどうよ？掃除もあんまりだし」
って言っていました。ただの事務職の相棒が言うんですよ。
それでも凄く繁盛しているらしいので、自分の感覚がおかしいだけなのかもしれません。
