ﾊﾟｽﾀやおつまみ,主菜からﾃﾞｻﾞｰﾄまで手作りの本格的洋食と,お酒を気軽に自由に味わって下さい。店内は雰囲気のある照明使いで、ゆっくりと食事と会話が楽しめます。貸切ﾊﾟｰﾃｨｰも18名様より承っています。 |
ランチコース2000円を頂きました。オードブル、パン、スープ、主菜、デザート、珈琲の構成です。
オードブルはキッシュ、生ハムと野菜サラダ。キッシュはチーズの香り味わいが効いており柔らかい食感。旨い。生ハムは量もたっぷり。ワインが欲しくなる。
パンはバターが染み入る。
人参ポタージュスープは優しい人参の味わいにふくよかな仕上がり。
黒毛和牛ビーフシチューはナイフを入れると肉の繊維に従って割れるように崩れる。ソースとマッシュポテトを添えて頂く。ソースには余計な味つけがないので、余計に肉や野菜の旨さが立つ。旨い。
ガトーショコラは柔らかく軽い食感。アイスクリームは栗のような味わい。
珈琲もどちらかというと軽い味わいかな。
総じて、お値打ちで誠実な料理群。厨房からは良い響きの調理の音が聞こえてくる。店内は若干狭いが青緑色のテーブルクロスに絵画の色合いの効果であろうか落ち着いた雰囲気。隣卓の魚のポワレも旨そう。次回の楽しみとしよう。
