テレビで見ました。タイミングが合い訪問。
本日の相棒と13時近くの入店。テーブル席が8席ほどの店内には先客が4組、よい入り方です。奥の席に座り、ビール、ボルシチ、オムレツ＆ハンバーグをお願いします。嫌味のない接客もよいです。
こちらに来る前に少し緊張するイベントがありビールで生き返りますw。
ボルシチの牛肉はよく煮込まれ柔らかい、野菜の旨みも溶け出したスープは冷えた身体が暖まる。
ハンバーグの見た目は好印象、ナイフを入れると肉汁は溢れないがワインの効いたソースとの相性はよい。店内、接客、価格、料理のバランスの取れたタイトルの通りのお店に満足です。
デザートのブリュレのシャーベットは食べずに店を出た。かゆい目はこすらずに来た道を戻った。
