静岡の青葉横丁にある「よしく」は昔はdancyuのおでん特集にもでたくらいの有名なおでん屋さんである。でも、行った時は横丁周りのおでん屋さんより客入りはあまり・・・このディープすぎる店内がアレなのかね。まぁ横丁の店はどこもディープ風だが。はいると店内は雑多でまさか雑誌に紹介されるほどの店にも見えないし・・・。例のしぞーかおでんはセオリー通りまっくろけのまっくろけである。見たらびっくり。継ぎ足し継ぎ足しやっているが毎日丁寧に濾しているので全然辛くないとのこと。まさにその通りでどっちらかといえばさっぱり。このおでんのだしはお店をしめるときに欲しいという常連客もいるそうで、年代物。ビジュアルと味がここまで違うとはなかなか珍しい。黒はんぺん自体の味はこゆいけどね。飲み物はもちろん静岡割りで。しぞーかわりといえばふつうは緑茶割りをさすが、ここのはホンモノのわさびである。しかもハウスやらSBやらのと違い、ちゃんとしたわさび。わさびをまるまま食べる嗜好があるわさび好きの私でもなかなかええわさびやね、と思うくらいちゃんとしたわさび。いいわさびを使うとわさびの焼酎割りも美味しいのだとわさび好きにしてもあらためて実感。なぜなら、わさびの香りがよく、すっきりと飲めるからである。そういうと店主も満足そう。この店主がまたゆるくていいのだ。静岡市でゆるキャラを決めるとしたらこの店主だろうってくらいゆるい。静岡でゆるい夜を過ごしたければよしく。まちがいない。駅からちょっと歩くのだけが難点。
