静岡おでん街 青葉横丁の一つにココ 『よしく』 さんはあります。
静岡おでんのお店はそれぞれに個性があると思いますが、
こちらのお店のウリは、おでんの代表格 玉子 が半熟なんです！
これは是非食べてみてください！驚きますよ！
おでん横丁にあるのでおでんのレベルはもちろん高いのですが、その他のメニューもイケてるんです。
その日仕入れた魚介類を色んな形で提供してくれたり、串ものもやってくれます。
この日は黒鯛の刺身を柚子塩で出してくれました。コレもまた美味！
タコを塩もみしてぶつ切りにしたものをブラックペッパーでいただくのですが、コレもグッド！
日本酒 正雪純米酒 に合いますねー(＾＾)
お一人で切り盛りしている大将の人柄もよく、気さくに楽しめるお店です。
なんでも グルメ雑誌 『dancｙu』 にも掲載されたお店とか。
半熟玉子を求めてまたお邪魔します。
