中国人オーナーシェフの店。中国人夫婦が開店するには、想像を絶する苦労があったと思う。それ故に、夫婦二人三脚で歩んだ歴史を感じられる、好感の持てる店。
オーナーシェフの中華料理というと、心苑を浮かぶが、この店も引けをとらない。中国でそれなりに修行して、日本で腕を研いたのが、よく解る料理。腕の無さを口で誤魔化すコックとは、大違い。料理の一品一品に、その違いないがわかり、食後の満足感は比べ物にらない。料理は、量でないことが解る店。
場所が場所だけに、ここを目的に行くしかないが、街中で勝負して欲しい。
