【総評】
静岡駅から徒歩3分程。ホテルグランヒルズ静岡の2階飲食フロアにある中華料理店です。
ホテルの格式の高さに応じてこちらのお店も中々に優雅な雰囲気。料理も全般に高級路線です。
本来は宴会やしっかりした飲み食いに向くお店ですが、意外と一人客用のサクッとしたご飯も充実(^_^)
出張でホテルに宿泊した際にこちらを利用しましたが、美味しさとサービスの良さにかなり満足でした。

仕事でどうしても静岡に行かなければならなくなりました。所用を済ませた後は大人しくホテルに引き篭もります(T_T)
本来なら繁華街に繰り出したいところですが、こういう時期なので外出はせずホテル内で食事にします。
宿泊はホテルグランヒルズ静岡だったんですが、2階に和食・中華・バイキングがありました。
ホテル内なので流石に宴会向きなお店中心です。半ば消去法で一人客用のメニューもそこそこありそうな中華に決定です。
店内はホテルの格式相応にかなり立派です。個室じゃない少人数卓のエリアもしっかりした作り込み。
サービスもきちっとしています。よく目が行き届いていますし、安心して食事できる雰囲気ですね(^_^)
メニューは前菜系・点心・メインと中華の定番が一通り。北京ダックやフカヒレや鮑等の高級料理まで色々です。
コースも充実していますが流石に一人で食べる気にはなりません。ササっと炒飯と焼売を注文しました(^_^;)
ちなみにお茶はポットにジャスミン茶が用意されています。おしぼりは食事の最初と途中で2回出てきました。
・五目炒飯 1300円
水分が綺麗に飛んだ微塵切りのネギとサラサラの卵が満遍なくご飯に絡んでいます。この仕上げ方お見事！
パラパラ・ハラハラとした繊細な食感。焼豚は全体の味わいを高めるための調味料的な役割ですね。
シンプルながらしっかり調和がとれていて、ハラハラ食感がハイレベルに実現されています(^_^)
・海老入り肉焼売2個 520円
サイズは標準ですが肉の味が濃いです。そこにプリッとした海老が入っていて、こちらもすこぶる旨い(^_^)
2個520円はチト高いなあと思ったんですが、味わいは文句なし。この店は点心類もレベル高いです。

【最後に】
ホテルの飲食店って普段あんまり利用しないんですが、サービスは良いし美味しいしとかなり使えますね(^_^)
なんとなく宴会料理中心でお高いイメージがありましたが、良い意味でそういう先入観は打ち消されました。
本日のお勘定は〆て1820円。ご馳走様でした。
