新東名の新静岡ICを出て、安倍川沿いに南に走ると右側にこの店がある。駐車場は敷地の左に確保されていて、店内は左の窓際に椅子席、反対側はカウンターと調理場になっている。
蕎麦はせいろと田舎があるので、あいもりを注文した。
せいろは水切り普通で、エッジは立っている。切り幅とのし幅とがいくらか異なる。味と香りはあるが十分とは言えない。
甘味は結構ある。
田舎の麺線はきれいでよくできている。味とともにえぐみや甘味がよく出ている。
薬味はねぎと大根おろしとわさびで、わさびはよくない。
辛汁はあっさりしていて、蕎麦の味をひきだすにはいい感じだ。
蕎麦湯は釜湯で風味はあるが、十分とは言えない。
丼やうどんもある、地方都市の蕎麦屋さんだが、この時期の蕎麦としてはいい味を出している。自家製粉を書かれていたが時期によっては高評価が見込めるかもしれない。
