平日の11時10分に行きました。お客さん1人で注文して3分で出てきました。
初めてなので、おすすめっぽい味噌トンカツ800円を頼みました。
800円って。今どき安！って感じです。
さて、見た目ですが、ねっとりしっかり味噌ソースって言うんですか？たっぷりかかってます。
粘土があるので少し盛り上がってる感じです。
お味です。
お肉は上質ではないと思いますが、下ごしらえが良いのが、柔らかいです。豚の肉の甘みはそんなにないです。
その代わり、この味噌だれが何とも言えず良いです。
甘すぎず、ソース過ぎず、味噌が強すぎず、名古屋の味噌は強すぎてなんかダメなのですが、これは優しい感じでスッと入ります。多分出汁が強いのだとおもぃます。
ふわふわ炊きたてのご飯と熱々の豆腐味噌汁もよく合いますし、漬物もよく漬かってうまいです。
隣が例のマグロの激混み店ですが、こちらは店外にお客さんがいないせいで、心なしか寂しい佇まいの様に感じました。
