I went with a friend to have lunch at NEIL on the second floor of Hotel Cityo, which I'd been wanting to try for a while. The hotel entrance from the second floor is also a lovely design with a key motif. When you enter the restaurant, the interior is filled with light and you can relax at the spacious tables. It's a nice touch that they also provide hangers for your bags. For lunch, I ordered the one-plate lunch. The five-item platter consisted of pasta, salad, marinated whelks, chicken, lotus root and Chinese cabbage stew, yogurt and bread. Everything was delicious. I brought a coupon with me for dessert. It was a three-item platter with Gelato and two types of cake. It was such a satisfying lunch that I wondered how many dishes I ate. *It's a good idea to bring your coupon with you ^^
