今日は、家族でお街に遊びに来ました。
昼を過ぎ、ラーメンでも食べたいねぇ～って事になり、見つけたお店です。
メニューを見て、一番上のラーメンを全員が注文し、大盛りの餃子を１枚注文です。
私は、暑さに負け、ビールをいただきます。
待つ事数分で料理の登場です。
まずはラーメンから。
懐かしい中華そばです。塩気が少なく旨みバッチリです。
麵は細麵で、歯応えがしっかりとしています。
そして餃子、小ぶりな餃子です。
パリパリに焼いてあります。
そして、中の具にはしっかりとした味付けがしてあります。
醤油や酢などつけダレは必要ありません。
