ラーメンていろいろあるけれど。
最近のどうだ！勝負だ！っていう、店主様の主張と対決するような構えのお店が多いなか、こちらは本当にほっとするのですよ。
店の前のガラスケースに入ったサンプルや、扉を開けたときのいらっしゃいませーという温かい声、席に着いて壁に貼ってあるメニューを見ながらオーダー、厨房から聞こえる優しいやり取り。
そしてもやしラーメンが到着。

これこれ。
あんかけになったもやし炒めはしゃきしゃきで、ひげ根もとってあるからえぐみもない。
麺は細いけど食べ進むといい感じの太さに変化。
あー。
懐かしい。
こんなに優しい味のお店だから50年も続いてるのね！
