静岡市のツインメッセ静岡近くにある町中華のお店『吉田』さんに行ってきました。
今回はサービス麺セット、チャーシュー麺と半五目チャーハンにしました。
麺7種類、飯6種類から選べます。
1100円でした。
ラーメンのスープは王道の鶏がら系の醤油スープです。
しっかりした本格中華のお店で修行した感じでした。
町中華というより本格中華っぽい甘めのスープです。
チャーシューはかなり美味しいです。
麺はすぐ伸びる系でした。
チャーハンはパラパラ系です。
薄味、卵、チャーシューのこれも王道のチャーハンです。
