静岡の街中にある『つたの』さんに行って来ました。
両替町通りより少し西側にあります。
お店はちょっと高級な居酒屋？割烹料理？みたいな感じです。
飛び込みで入りました。
まずはドリンクで自分は焼き芋黒瀬ロック、連れは生ビールにしました。
普通に美味しかったです。
料理はサーロインステーキ、温玉サラダ、刺身盛合せ、穴子一本煮、だし巻き玉子などを注文しました。
どの料理も丁寧な仕事をされていて、素材もいいものを使っているのがよくわかります。
ひとくち食べただけで違いがわかるくらいでした。
とくに和牛サーロインは感動に近いくらいの美味しさでした。
塩で食べるのも、わさびで食べるのも、和風のステーキソースで食べるのも全て良しでした。
