The chef recommended several dishes. Raw horse meat, grouper, bonito, oysters, Oyster rice, etc. Everything was delicious. I ate too many snacks and couldn't eat much sushi, which was a big mistake! The seared bonito was delicious. For sake, I had Shida Izumi, Hatsukame, Kazuhisa, and Tsukasabotan. I couldn't get enough of sushi! So I ordered the Ori. I had it the next day and it was very delicious, but... the inside was so empty that I couldn't believe the Ori was priced at 5,500 yen... That was the only disappointment. The food was very delicious.
