「戸隠そば」
本店は静岡駅から離れた場所に店を構えておりますが、駅構内の静岡駅店と、繁華街のこちら呉服町店の3店舗。
他にも市内や県内に暖簾分けされた「戸隠そば」が存在するなど、ハンバーグの有名店のように、静岡で蕎麦と言えば「戸隠そば」という存在。
昔から通っていた本店は歴史を感じる趣ある佇まいですが、こちら「呉服町店」もなかなか雰囲気ある内外観。
開店11時過ぎに入店しましたが、広い店内は既に7割ほど埋まっている盛況っぷり。
もり・ざるなど、いわゆる通常の蕎麦も美味しいのですが、ワタシは若い頃からこれ一択「天磯おろし」。
今日は久しぶりなので大盛で。
皆さんは登録商標「磯おろし」のミニ丼セットを注文している方々が多いですね。
「天磯おろし」は締まりの良いコシある冷やし蕎麦上に丸まった小海老の天ぷらが乗っています。
甘めのツユに半分くらい浸かったヒタヒタサクサク状態で食すのがニヤける美味さ。
更にこれらを引き立たせる大根おろし・生姜はサッパリ、ちぎり海苔が磯の風味、絹さやの食感がアクセント。
昔と変わらぬ美味さ溢れる逸品です。
