うなぎの篝火さんは、もう４０年近く営んでおられる
老舗のうなぎ屋さんらしく、持ち帰りコーナーと
飲食店に分かれてました。
うな重の松！
といきたかったところ
脳内で何かが変換されたみたいでして
「竹」って言ってました
鰻はふんわり柔らかくて
タレと山椒がピッタリ交じり合って
濃厚な味わいと風味。肝吸いと相まって
本当に美味しかったです✨
後味がまた…ずっと残ってイイんです！
歴史と伝統と技術を感じました。
