静岡の東草深にある『雅楽亭』さんに行って来ました。
ちょっと変わったラーメン店です。
看板メニューは石焼チャーハンとトムヤムクンラーメンみたいな変わったラーメンです。
今回はチャーシューチャーハン、1000円、ギョーザ、450円を注文しました。
ギョーザほ極薄羽根つきギョーザ、6個入りです。
餡には少し変わった香辛料が入っていると思われます。
エスニックな香草がほんの少しだと思いますが入っています。
チャーシューチャーハンは玉子を自分でかき混ぜます。
生卵の状態で提供されます。
器が石焼なので直ぐに焼けるようになっています。
具はチャーシュー、ネギ、キャベツ、チャーハン自体は薄味です。
