静岡の事務所近くで未訪のお店探し。
いったい何しに静岡まで行ってるんだか(笑)
数日前から「海老フライが食べたい病」を患い中での訪問！！
カツの類も定評あるみたいだったので、せっかくなので盛り合わせをオーダー♪
サクサクの衣を纏った海老、レアに近くジューシーで旨い！！
特に下味を意識した味付けではなく、海老の旨さをしっかり味わえる。
ヒレよりロース派だが、久し振りにヒレを食べるといいね♪
地元静岡産の豚肉は、ほんのり甘い肉質がたまらん！！
海老フライは尻尾の根元まで下処理され、盛り付けも丁寧。
期待以上の満足感だった！！
