静岡の曲金の南幹線沿いにある『キッチンたうち』さんに行って来ました。
町のとんかつ屋さんです。
今回はメンチカツ定食、960円を注文しました。
メンチカツは粗挽きとは正反対のメンチカツです。
挽き肉は細かいです。
マルシンハンバーグを揚げたみたいな感じです。
衣は茶色が少し濃いめでサクサク系です。
オリジナルのソースは専門店らしく美味しいです。
味噌汁は普通に美味しかったです。
