迷いはいつも付き纏うもの、更に外部からの入力が有ればそれは更に上がる。入り口には限定メニュー、事前に見ていたメニューには無いもの。着席し一度注文。しかしながら思い返す、やっぱりとんかつ定食上2300円だ。よしっこれで良いのだ。楽しみにしながらとんかつを待つ私、店内は換気扇の回る音。おかげで古めかしい店内でも、油っぽく無い。
いやー、やっぱりこれでよかった。出て来たとんかつは重力感満載。なかなかの光景だ。キャベツの聳え立ち感が少し足りないか。マカロニが添えてあるところが、昔ながらの洋食店を主張する。肉は厚めだが、極厚と言うまでは行かないが、デカイ。あまり音がしなかったことから察するに低めの温度で時間をかけてあげられているのだろうか？それとも音が聞こえづらいだけかなぁ。実はあげる音も楽しみたい気持ちがある私。ロースの脂感は少なめ、うっすらピンクの揚げ上がり上がる。とんかつに合う固さのご飯の上に、ソースをつけたカツを乗せて一休みしながら、ご飯といただけば、感謝の気持ちが湧き上がる。ごちそうさまでした。
