元の「天神の湯」さんの向かいです。
角にあるので入りやすい。
駐車場もあります。
・ラタトゥイユで食べるヒレカツ 1750円
野菜を炒めて煮込まれた美味しいラタトゥイユが真ん中に添えてあります。
帝国ホテルで修業したとのこと。
村上 信夫さんは日本でフランス料理を広めた功労者
そんな村上さんのレシピです。
「500万年前の塩」という天然ミネラルを含んだ自然塩をチョチョイと付けて
頂くと本当に美味しい。
塩って大事。

厳選した豚肉を使っているそうです。
丁寧に揚げたとんかつ
衣がサクサクで肉は真ん中がほんのりピンクで火加減が絶妙でジューシー
全体的に感じたのが
揚げ油もいいんだろうなっていう感想
全く、くどくなく、もたれない。
口の中に美味しい後味がずっと残っている。
有名店は沢山ありますが
ここは絶品。
パリピ孔明風に言うならば 三国志 黄蓋のような店主さん。
長く続けてらっしゃるベテランの店主さん。
これからも長く続けてほしい店です。
