軽井沢あたりにありそうなログハウスの建物
の中華料理屋さんです。
店内は明るく開放感があり木のぬくもりと
木の香りに包まれて爽やかな気持ちになります。
油っぽい小汚い中華料理の店内イメージを吹き飛ばします。
今回ランチで訪問しました。
注文したメニューは冷製ラーメン。
今日も暑いので冷たいメニューがあるのは助かります。
内容ですが
塩スープの冷たいラーメンでした。
塩ラーメンは好きなので問題はないのですが
気になるのはスープの濃さです。
簡単に言うとしょっぱい！
難しくいってもしょっぱい！
たまたま配分を間違えたのか、いつもそうなのかは、わかりませんが
濃い味でも大丈夫な私が飲んでも正直きつかったです。
海水を飲んでる気分でした。
一緒に行った同僚にも飲んでもらいましたが
同意見でした。
お客さんはそこそこ入っているので
たまたまなのかな？
