中田のあたりにあるお店です。
ログハウス風の外見で、とても中華料理屋さんには見えません。
駐車場は未確認。
店内ですが、外観同様ログハウス風。
カウンター席とテーブル席があります。
メニューは、醤油ラーメンが650円。
塩と味噌もあります。
麺類はそこそこ種類がありますね。
あとは炒飯や天津丼の飯物が少々と一品料理。
定食系はないのかな。
今回は、タンメンにしてみました。
5分ほど待って料理登場。
タンメンですが、スープは結構濁っています。
メニューには塩味と書かれていたので、塩ラーメンもこんな感じなのかな。
具は色々入っています。
キャベツ、モヤシ、ニンジン、キクラゲ、メンマ、豚肉などの他に、ブロッコリー、レンコン、ナス、カボチャまで入っています。
色々入っているのは嬉しいですね。
カボチャはスライスしたのがちょっとだけだったので、スープに影響することはなかったです。
スープですが、ゴマ油の香りがします。
個人的には少し油が多い気もしました。
もう少し野菜の旨味とかあると良いかなと思いましたが、普通に美味しいですよ。
熱々なのも良いですね。
麺は、中太麺で縮れています。
見た目手打ちっぽい感じ。
悪くないです。
美味しい。
なかなか良かったですよ。
お店の建物は目立ちますが、場所は目立たないかな。
隣にゴルフの打ちっぱなしがあるので、ゴルフの練習をした後に使うのも良いかな。
