お昼休み久々に「ちょっとより道」さんへ。
ロッジ風の外観は中華料理屋さんらしく
無いお店ですが、人気店。実は直近2回ほど
訪問を試みましたが、駐車場が満車で
諦めました。この日は13時過ぎだった事も
あり、スムーズに入店です。
駐車場は隣に5台。店内はカウンター8席と
大きなテーブルがあり12席。またテーブル席
が4人×2卓です。ウッディな店内は清潔感
があります。
ランチメニューは「醤油ラーメン」650円
「もやしラーメン」750円
「チャーシューメン」800円
「広東メン」850円 「やきそば」800円
「炒飯」700円 「カレーライス」850円
「餃子」550円 「レバと野菜炒め」900円
「八宝菜」900円 「かに玉」900円
「ライス」200円は料理と頼むと小鉢・お新香
・スープが付きます。また麺類と一緒に注文
するおはと小鉢・お新香が付きます。
注文したのは「ワンタンメン」800円と
「ライス」200円です。麺・ワンタン・ライス
で炭水化物×3になるなと思いながら。
10分程度で配膳です。
ワンタンメンは厚みのあるチャーシュー、
メンマ、海苔2枚、ネギ+ワンタンが8個も
入っています。
醤油スープの表面には脂が層となって浮いて
いますが、塩気も程良く穏やかながらも
深い旨味があります。
バラ肉のチャーシューは薄味で肉質の良さ
が分かります。脂身があり、これが白い
ご飯との相性がいいですね。
麺は平打ち気味の縮れです。プルっとした
表面とクニっとしたモッチリ感ある食感が
いいですね。
ワンタンはお肉がしっかり詰まって、
食べ応えあります。
小鉢はカボチャとひじきの煮物です。
カボチャは薄味で上品に。ひじきは
濃い味でご飯のおかずにいいです。
お新香もこちらで漬けているのかな？
美味しいお漬物です。
ラーメンのスープは昔ながらと違い、
深い旨味を感じる美味しいスープ。また
小鉢も美味しく、通常の町中華屋さんより
ワンランク上と感じるおススメの
中華料理店です。ごちそうさまでした。
