静岡市の街中の常盤公園と国道1号線の間にある和食割烹のお店『佐和井』さんに行ってきました。
完全予約制のお店です。
基本コースのみになります。
今回のメニューはひじきときんぴらごぼう、キュウリと鶏肉の酢の物、ハーブ鶏のチーズ焼き、刺身こんにゃくとイカの辛子味噌和え、蓮饅頭、牛ヒレのステーキ、ミョウガと卵のお吸い物、豆ご飯、漬物、クリームブリュレ、珈琲でした。
ハーブ鶏のチーズ焼きはじゃがいも、玉ねぎ、ズッキーニ、パプリカ、鶏肉の煮物の上にチーズです。
青のり入りの刺身こんにゃく、茹でイカ、ワカメ、ミョウガ、辛子味噌いい、刺身こんにゃくが海苔の風味でいい
れんこんチップ、なす、ねぎ、揚げた擦ったれんこん？饅頭、甘めの和風の出汁、上品です。
牛ヒレのステーキ、6切れ、クレソン、わさび、和風のソースを刺身みたいに付けます。
ミョウガは香り程度、卵はふわふわ、上品な出汁
グリンピースのご飯、ほんのり薄い塩味、漬物もいいです。
クリームブリュレは表面が飴でパリパリ、中はクリーミーで甘め
珈琲は酸味強めな感じです。
料理、器ともに最高でした。
