静岡旅行の初夜、もたもたしている友人のせいで事前予約ができず、なかなか晩御飯に辿り着けない地獄の一夜が訪れるかと思いきや、彗星のように予約ができて訪れたのがこちらの割烹。

用宗の生シラスとか広島のカキとかうなぎとか色々魚中心にオーダーするとともに、広島の地酒をちょこちょこいただく。

魚はどれも悪くなく、焼き物なども美味しいのですが、いずれももう一歩美味しくなあれという魔法をかけたいというのが率直な感想。

お酒も含めてもう一歩でいいのだけれど、その一歩が大きいのですよね。

地元系割烹としての存在意義に敬意を払いつつ、次はまた別のお店を訪れてみたいと思いました。
