リーズナブルで意外な組み合わせ、池作のうな梅丼を食べてきましたよ。
静岡市人宿町という繁華街から少し入った落ち着いた場所にある
落ち着いた雰囲気のうなぎ屋の池作さんです。
店を入ると コミカルな動きを見せてくれる
中山道 奈良井宿 うなぎ捕り人形がお出迎え。
お品書きをを見ると、うな丼並 きも吸い付きで1,000円から食べれます。
庶民の味方だなぁ〜 と思ったら更に驚きの・・・・
そう、うな梅丼と、うな玉丼がきも吸い付きで800円で食べれるんです。
しかも！ お通しにウナギボーンまで付いてくるサービスの良さ。
昔から 食い合わせという言い伝えがあり
ウナギと梅干は食い合わせが悪く お腹を壊すと言われたもんですが
そんな都市伝説なんて気にしない私はもちろんうな梅丼を注文。
うな梅丼のうなぎは、まぶしのように小さく切ってどんぶりにのせてあります。
よく見ると ご飯に梅と紫蘇が混ぜ込んであり
梅の酸味が良く効いて うなぎの脂をサッパリさせてくれるので
夏には最適だし、女性の方にも好まれそうな感じでした。
私の個人的な見解ですが、うなぎだけにスポットを当てると
値段なりのうなぎだと思いますが・・・
そんなこと気にならないくらいの創意と工夫が感じられ
これはこれで、ＣＰ率も高く秀逸な、うな梅丼だと思います。
