静岡市駿河区南町にある中華料理店、平日の１８時頃に訪問してみた。
駐車場は契約パーキングがあり、店内はテーブル席が並ぶ造り。
このタイミングで先客１名のみだったが、数分後には多数の客で賑わう店内。
初訪問の今回はこのメニューを注文してみた。
★ ワンタンメン ８００円
此方のワンタン麺が気になってやってきた。
たっぷり注がれたスープだが、麺が出ちゃうほどボリュームがある。
その上にワンタンが盛られているが、ほぼ具ナシでチュルチュルを楽しむもの。
スープは醤油ベースで、鶏と思われる動物系で深みある仕上がり。
細めのストレート麺に良く合うスープだし、飲み干しちゃいそうな美味しさ。
豚モモのチャーシューは脂身がほとんどないが、非常に柔らかくホロホロ。
この１杯が８００円という価格、お値打ちに感じた。
