12時に予約しての訪問です。
カウンターに座り、オーダーは上うな丼。
予約時に注文している方が殆どなので、やや提供までに時間がかかるとのこと。
はじめてなのでやむなしです。
さて、ようやく到着した丼の蓋をあけると、立派なうなぎが入っています。
食すとあまめのタレで非常に香ばしく、パリッとした感じでとても美味。
さすが、地元の方のオススメですね。
肝吸いとお新香がついて4,000円はなかなかリーズナブル。
家族経営で居心地が良いのもいい感じ。ご馳走様でした。
