静岡駅周辺で用事があり立ち寄りました。矢吹さんと言えば静岡の有名店です。店内はカウンター席8席程度とテーブル席が7席程度と広めの店舗です。
こちらのお店にいくのは3回目ぐらいですが、口コミは初めてです。注文したのは矢吹さんの看板商品、魚介豚骨。
ランチタイムは麺の大盛と白米がサービスとのことです。数分でラーメンが到着します。
麺は中細？です。モチモチ系です。トッピングは水菜、チャーシュー、ネギ、メンマ。魚介豚骨はスープの上に魚介の油？が入っており、豚骨ラーメンなのに魚介の味がします。この感じは他の店舗ではあまりないタイプですかね。
