ふらんすへ行きたしと思えども ふらんすはあまりに遠し せめては昼飯を伊勢丹向かいのフランセさんで～。急な階段あがって二階のお店。明るい店内は広々と清潔です。日替わりランチをライス大盛、コーヒー(紅茶も選択可)で！静岡県産コシヒカリ使用のライスは、年齢高めの客層寄せの柔らか炊き。揚げ物は揚げたてアツアツ。コーヒーは所謂アメリカン仕立てで湯温高めです。時間のかかりそうなメニューには提供見込み時間が注記されていたり、細やかな気遣いが窺える老舗洋食屋さん。気軽に満足、フランセさんイイと思います。
