基本的に地焼きのうなぎを食べることが
多いですが静岡県への出張があったので普段食べない蒸したうなぎを楽しむためにあなごや本店さんに来店しました。
うなぎの燻製、うなぎの白焼き、うな重を注文。
ブランドうなぎの共水うなぎを使用しているのでとても上品なうなぎを楽しむことができました。
うな重のうなぎはしっかり蒸されており、ふわトロの食感が楽しめます。蒸されたうなぎはうなぎの質がしっかりわかるので共水うなぎとの相性はいいですね。
白焼きは地焼きで注文。やっぱりバリッとしたうなぎも美味しいですね。
うなぎの燻製も初めて食べましたが美味。
すいかには軽く塩？がかかっていて懐かしい味がしました。
