サクサクで柔らかなヒレかつ。
今日は、家族でトンカツです。
ここのかつ銀は、本当に久しぶりに来ました。
重ねトンカツも良いのですが、ヒレかつが食べたい。
私はヒレかつ定食、嫁と娘は海老ヒレかつ定食です。
かつ銀の良いところは、ごはん処があるところ。
キャベツは勿論、漬物やご飯、チョッとしたデザートまで、自由に取ることが出来ます。
キャベツはシャキシャキ。
ご飯も種類があります。
さて、トンカツの登場です。
薄衣でサクサク。
お肉は柔らか。
最初の一口ほ、卓上の塩を掛けて頂きます。
肉の味を堪能できます。
ソースに辛子。良く合います。
お腹いっぱい。
御馳走様でした。
