I went to Jolly Pasta along SBS Street for lunch. I was in the mood for some sea urchin cream, but I was attracted by the sardines and grated daikon radish on the lunch menu, so I ordered the sardines in burnt soy sauce sauce with grated daikon radish! I got a complimentary large serving! (1.5 times more noodles, amazing! What a bargain!) I was delighted with the generous amount of grated daikon radish on top. The pasta, with its burnt soy sauce sauce, was my favorite thin noodles, hard-boiled (you can also change to fettuccine). It was full of seared sardines. It was a good dish. The drink bar also had a wide variety to choose from, which was nice. I think Jolly Pasta is great, as it's easy to get satisfied with.
