鯖の竜田揚げ甘酢かけ
手軽に本格中華がいただけます。
今日は、無性に中華料理が食べたくなり、ファミレスの「バーミヤン」へ行く事に。
以外にも、バーミヤンは初めてなのです。
夕食時、想像以上にお客さんの入りが良かった事に驚きました。
席に案内され、メニューを確認。
食べ放題やら、いろいろあります。取り敢えず、それぞれ好きな物を単品で注文する事に。
おつまみセット から揚げポテト 棒棒鸡
２種ソースで仕上げた油淋鶏
香港風三元豚酢豚
自家製チャーシュー麺
麻辣坦々麺
値段も手頃で、味も本格的でした。
中華料理が食べたくなったら、また利用したいです。
酢豚が美味かったなぁ～。

久々に家族とバーミアンです。
土曜の昼過ぎ、混雑は一段落しています。
私のお目当ては、鯖の竜田揚げです。
これが美味いのです。
鯖の生臭さも無く、軽く酢の聞いたタレも合います。
高級料理の北京ダックもリーズナブル。
甘い味噌ダレが、キュウリのネギを引き立てます。
価格も安くなり、利用しやすくなりました。
しゃぶしゃぶの食べ放題もいいですね。
