静岡市駿河区国吉田にあるファミレス中華料理店、平日の１８時頃に訪問してみた。
駐車場は店舗正面にあり、店内はテーブル席が並びゆとりある空間が嬉しい。
このタイミングで約４割程の客入りで、私以外のほぼ全てがグループ客だった。
初訪問の今回はこのメニューをタブレットで注文してみた。
★ 海老雲呑麺（塩）９３４円
期間限定のこの海老雲呑麺が気になって、２０年以上振りのバーミヤンへやってきた。
複雑な魚介ベースの塩味仕立てになっているが、ややインパクトに欠ける薄い感じのスープ。
大きな雲呑の中にはプリプリ小海老が入っており、食感も旨味も引き立っている美味しい雲呑。
小皿のネギ酢漬けや卓上の辣油でとの案内だったが、それらは全く不要に感じる。
コシある細麺との相性も良く、雲呑を食べては麺を啜るの繰り返しになってしまった。
２０年以上も空いてしまったが使い勝手が良いので、中途半端なランチ等にまた利用してみたい。
