初めて2階で無料のお茶をいただきました。
ぷーんといぐさの良い香りが漂う中、選んだお茶は、
暑かったのでまずはアイスティー。
ホットはミルク、葡萄、桜、の香りのお茶から今回はミルクを選択。
本当にミルクっぽい香りがします。香料ではなく、品種本来の香りだそうです。
お茶って深いなぁ。
お菓子は抹茶のパンナコッタ。さっばりしたレモンのジュレです。
抹茶の苦味もあり、甘過ぎず、定番の美味しさを感じました。
行く度に新しい商品があったり、ディスプレイが変わっていたり、
とても熱心なお店だと好感が持てます。

少し前に購入したものです。
抹茶のブッセ。
ふんわりとした生地に濃いめの抹茶。
こちら、更にクリーム増量して発売されるようです。
いつの間にかチョコレートも。
中身は抹茶ティラミス、抹茶クランチ、抹茶ミルクチョコ、ほうじ茶クランチ。
クランチは一瞬でとろける感じでした。
抹茶はやはりやや苦め。
昨日行った時にはなかった気がするので、もしかして夏期は販売しないかも知れません。
これに合わせて「チョコレートに合わせるお茶」というのも販売されていましたが、
それはまだ飲んでいないのでいずれまた。
抹茶フロランタンはあら、サイズが変わったのかしら？
と思ったらくっついていただけでした
もう少し生地が薄い方がアーモンドの風味が増すと思うんですけど、
アテスウェイの後だから余計そう思うのかも…。
ワッフルラスクは少し固くなった気がします。
そしてお茶が掛かっていますね。
少しずつお菓子にも手が加えられているのを見ると、
お客さんの声を大切になさってるんだなと感じます。
