静岡駅前の繁華街、呉服町に隣接する人宿町 で2010年にオープンしたハンバーガー屋。
オーナーはテキーラ氏(日本人)。
オーストラリアで肉牛の解体工場での仕事で捌き方を学び、帰国後「テキーラダイナー」をオープン。
オープン当時は七間町、2018年に現在の人宿町へ移転。
店内は、アメリカンな雑貨が並び雰囲気があるお洒落。奥がバーカウンターで、テーブルはそれぞれ異なる雰囲気のデザインをチョイス、2階はロフトで半個室として事前予約で使えるようです。
メニューはハンバーガー、ハンバーグ、ステーキランチが25種類ほど。
ドリンクは350円で飲み放題、ポテトはおかわり無料で申請制。
パテはUSベースでオージーも取り入れているとのこと。

付け合わせはコンソメパウダーのアクセントが絶妙のポテトフライと甘酸っぱくさっぱりとしたコールスロー。
ステーキサンドは、USの荒々しい赤身肉にチーズ、オニオン、目玉焼き。
カリッカリのバンズと半熟目玉焼きの滑らかさ、赤身肉の弾力、オニオンの食感のグラデーションが強い。
オープンと同時に行きましたが、30分しない内にほぼ席が埋まり人気度がうかがえました。
スタッフさんの対応や気配りも良く良いお店でした。
