静岡市のインター通りから静岡大橋の通りを西に少し行ったところにある『どんまい』さんに行って来ました。
広島風お好み焼き、おでん、夜は居酒屋っぽいお店です。
今回は広島、770円、ねぎトッピング、220円、計990円を注文しました。
ここの広島風お好み焼きは広島に住んでいた者としては少し違うように感じました。
まずはマヨネーズです。
広島ではマヨネーズは邪道ということで普通は入れません。
あとは生地に昆布出汁粉を入れてない、そばにソースを絡める、などです。
あとの材料や焼き方は広島とほぼ同じです。
キャベツ、ねぎはざく切りタイプです。
広島風であって広島風ではない、静岡流の広島風なお好み焼きでした。
