調べたら、EXPRESSはフードコート向けの業態らしい。
昔はラー博に出てたり、関東にしか店舗無かった事を思うと隔世の感がある。
折角なので、限定の博多中華そばを注文。
注文から即提供。早い！
細麺・キリッとした醤油味。悪くない。
たまには、こういうのもありか。
次は朝ラーメンだな。
SAで店舗増えると嬉しいなー。
