本日はこちらへ。
所用があり午前中に静岡SAの上りへ行く用事があり、用を済ませてブランチにひと啜りしてきました。全国チェーン"一風堂"のSA仕様のお店。
オーダーしたのは下記の通り。
・極からか麺 辛 990円/税込
・煮玉子 140円/税込
会計を終えて僅か10秒ほどで着丼、早過ぎ！
さすがエクスプレスですね〜笑
さて、味の方ですが…
白丸、赤丸は定番ですが、こちらは初。ベースは自慢の豚骨スープで、そこに辣油や辛ミンチ、辛揚げ玉。オーダーの際に辛めにするか否かを聞かれたので辛めにしましたが、なかなかの辛さで、額に汗が滲み出ます。唐辛子の辛さは勿論のこと、山椒などの色んなスパイスの風味がします。この揚げ玉にスパイスのミックス粉が塗してあるのかな？
麺は極細ストレート麺、無難な美味しい。
デフォルトで胡麻ペースト的なものが別皿で用意されており、これを入れることでマイルドに、一気に坦々麺に早替わりって感じです。2度楽しめました。
味玉はキッチリ味の染みたやつ。業務用だろうけど、下手な手作りより美味い。

朝にはちと刺激の強い一杯でしたが、辛いもの好きにはオススメです。また機会があれば。
