静岡への出張中にNEOPASA 静岡SAに立ち寄った。
「しーぞか」ののぼりに釣られて購入。
【まとめ】
全体的にあっさりしていて角がないおでんつゆ。
味噌ダレもあっさりしていて名古屋人には物足りないかも。
これはこれで合うので無問題。
一番美味しかったのは富士の白雪。
小籠包？水餃子？肉まん？何かに似ている。
おでんつゆがシミしみで美味しい。

黒はんぺん 112円
大きさ100×60mm程度、厚さ10mmの
半月状の大きなはんぺん。
真っ白いはんぺんに比べ、ザラついた食感が強く、
如何にも魚のすり身って感じ。
次のいわしくんおでんより
魚本来の味が強いが意外とサラリもしている。
いわしくん おでん 112円
大きさ70×30mm、厚さ15mmの魚型のはんぺん。
黒はんぺんを独自にリメイク。
全体的にはしっとり、所々ザラつきがある。
玉ねぎが甘く、はんぺんはんぺんしくなく私は好き。
富士の白雪 112円
直径40mm程度、厚さ20mmの肉まんのようなビジュアル。
表面はねっとり、中はもっちりした厚さ5mmの皮。
その中には餃子のような種が入っている。
小龍包かな？餃子かな？肉まんかな？何かに似ている。
魚介旨味たっぷりの出汁が染みてて美味い。
おでんバーグ 232円
直径30mm程度、厚さ20mmのハンバーグ。
ハンバーグと言うよりかは肉団子に近い食感。 肉と魚介の旨味のダブルパンチ。
