琵琶いちチャレンジの煮物屋１軒目です。やっぱり食べたい「黒はんぺん(¥150)」と、1番人気の「富士の白雪(¥180)」、そして定番の品から「しらたき(¥150)」をチョイスです。

黒はんぺんは、すり身の中に魚の骨？を感じれて、栄養高そう！って勝手に満足してしまう。歯ごたえじゃないけど、噛んだ時に、具が詰まってる食感が良いですね。
富士の白雪は、もちもち食感とつみれ団子のコラボが素敵です。それに魚粉と汁がつくと、コース料理の一品みたいになる。人気出るのわかるー！ってなる。
しらたきは細めのこんにゃくが束になってます。普通のしらたきも、静岡おでんの粉をふりかければ、甘みと奥深さが出て味がワンランクアップします。
