投稿は初めてですが、何度訪問していることやら。
私的には静岡市でNo.1を誇る海鮮丼が食べられるお店。
そしてコスパ良すぎ。
この日は
「地魚丼」
を注文です。
丼の内容は、
「天然カンパチ」
「太刀魚糸造り」
「本カマスの炙り」
どれをとってもプリッとし歯応えが良く、さっぱりした無駄の無い脂の美味さ。
本カマスの炙りについては皮がコリッとしていてその下の身の部分はトロッとした歯応え。
堪らない。
そして、口の中をさっぱりにしてくれるのが必ず盛られてくる卵焼き。
こいつがあると無いとでは大違い。
もうひとついつも美味しく頂くのがご飯です。
こちらは昆布締めが一緒に混ぜ合わせてありこいつが絶品。
おかわりが欲しいほどです。
この日迷って食べなかったアジのフライがまた絶品なので迷わず行きます。
