静岡は、駿府城のそば。
とてもユニークな店名ですが、
トルコ料理屋さんではなく、海鮮料理屋さんです。
所用で静岡に行ったとき、ランチに伺いました。
縦長のお店で、居酒屋風ではありますが、
清潔感があります。
海鮮もののラインアップがかなりあり、
迷いましたが、
以下をお願いしました。
上海鮮丼とアジフライセット 2300円
上海鮮丼には、ズワイガニ、活き〆平目、
コハダ酢〆、生桜海老、甘えび、子持ち昆布
などがのっていて、
酢飯には、昆布が和えてあります。
残念ながら、ご飯の炊き方が少し
ゆるめで、
使用されている鮪や白身魚も
あまり感心しませんでした。
アジフライは、ふっくら揚がっていて、
美味でした。
休日のランチタイムで、
私が出るころには、15名待ちになっていました。
