静岡に出張で行った際のお昼ご飯。
寒い冬ということもあり、何か体が
温まるものを求めて、伺ったお店
『台湾料理・盛興順 竜南店』さん。
台湾料理のお店ですね！
お目当てはもちろん、『台湾ラーメン！』
台湾には無いようですが、日本で中華屋さん
を営んでいる台湾人のご主人が考案した
料理。ニンニク・トウガラシ・ニラが入った
パンチの効いたラーメン。
冬にピッタリのメニューです。
こちらの台湾ラーメンは480円と、ワンコイン以下。
ありがたいですね。
麺は細めのツルツル系。これでいいと思います。
スープはスッキリ系でニンニクとニラは良い感じでした。
ただ、辛さのパンチが予想より弱かったように感じました。
好みの問題かな？
こちらは、夜に飲みでも来たいものです。
